Iron Man: Tony Stark Is Copying Steve Rogers' Playbook.

Iron Man's latest series is taking the armored Avenger back to basics. Stark's tactics seem oddly similar to a certain star-spangled teammate's.

The most recent Iron Man series is taking Tony Stark back to basics. From the classic armor to Stark's fundamental way of life, Iron Man is being stripped down to his essential components.

Much of Tony's fresh start is reminiscent of Captain America's post-Secret Empire status-quo.

In the beginning of Iron Man #1, by Christopher Cantwell and Cafu, Tony fights and defeats Terrax, a former herald of Galactus. Simultaneously, the armored Avenger sells his shares and exits the board of Stark Unlimited, leaving his own company. After the battle, Stark attempts to share his success on Twitter, to which people respond by complaining about how Iron Man destroyed a satellite in the process.
